Manisa, Saruhanlı Sultanas Plant

Manisa, Saruhanlı Plant built on 45,000 m2 area, has 25,000 m2 covered area with a daily production capacity of 250 metric tons dried sultanas and raisins.

The plant facilitates unique production lines with state of art technology cleaning lines where laser sorters, X-ray scanners and magnets & metal detectors are operating. Sultanas are washed in fully automated units; the best physical, chemical and microbiological technology leads to maintain hygienic condition with constant quality. Products are automatically weighted on electronic scales and packed without being touched by hand. Following the innovations in technology equipments are improved for best performance and efficiency

In the plant both white and blue collar workers are attending training programs on regular basis for continuous improvement.
